 removing center cover of 7gen steering wheel, very tight help |

Anyone know is there any other bolt on 7gen steering wheel? side bolts on the airbag unit are so tight, is it not possible to remove them using a screw driver? I was trying to remove the central piece and put it on my 6gen celica.
