i'm trying to transfer those threaded double sided studs that on the back and the distributor side of the cylinder head over but can't get them out. well i got two of them out using the locking plier. but the other 5 or 6 i'm gonna end up stripping the threads. where can i go to get new ones? someone help me out!

stack three nuts on the stud, tighten them against each other, then turn the middle one with a wrench to remove the stud. HEAT the studs with a torch to make them even easier to remove.

pics would do some justice in this case bud, I'm thinking head studs but i don't want to lead you in the wrong direction.
