I remember reading from the brochure that Toyota decided to go with the round headlights to bring back the design of the 1st or 2nd gen Celica. Now if I remember correctly, lots of car back in those days had round headlights. |

You might... but I didn't say it to better yours or anyone's knowledge on silly street racing and exhibitions of speed. I said it because people quickly judge things by their covers before they know why. -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"

I've raced only one (that I know of) Gen 3 integra. At the time he had cold air intake, greddy header, and the greddy evo exhaust, with 17inch wheels. I had the weapon r intake, centerforce clutch, and a custom exhaust. At the end of all the races he was at my rear bumper. We raced 3 times, and all 3 times it came out the same he was still at my rear bumper.
Would the 17s make that much difference, because nearly everyone here thinks that the teng would kill |

There are always other factors. Because of the lack of low-end torque, the 17" rims would hurt him a lot... however, when it comes to a GT coupe and an LS, both with mods, I'd say the Teg will only by a bit, however, the driver is always one of the biggest factors. You'd have that going for you, considering it's a lot easier to race a Celica than it is to race a Teg. -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"

Mmmmm... 67 Maro... That's fuggin sweet... a TRUELY INSANE car... ;] I remember that car actually... in jigga's GT-4 post. I'll still stand by what I say... of course I say many a things. What I meant was, the 5SFE and the 7AFE aren't built for what people here try to do with them, so in essence, what I'm saying is don't complain, and don't try to compare to other vehicles with far greater potential (especially when you overrate yourself based on things like "honda drivers suck"...etc). That doesn't mean the 5SFE and 7AFE are bad engines. They do what they're designed to do EXTREMELY well... good low-end torque and mid-ranged power, excellent fuel economy. I personally like my 7AFE too... I mean, how many cars can look this damn cool, take corners like a champ, accelerate up-hill @ 1/2 throttle, and still pull 30+ mpg... -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... Yeah, my car kills Teg's up to LS, civics, CRX's...the whole bit. I alwasy have trouble with those 3.8L GM sedans such as the newer grand am's and grand prix's...ouch. But my frst gear goes to 40, second to about 75, and third to 100...then i slam the overdrive button on and let it slowly get to 120.
