Weird engine noise when releasing gas, 1st and 2nd gear mostly Options

When I release the gas pedal on the 1st or 2nd gear the engine makes this whining noise when it's swayed by the engine mount. Like when you give gas the torque moves the engine back a little, well when I release it I feel like the engine is almost loose and moves frontward and makes this noise for a few seconds until the engine slows down or til I give it some gas again. It mostly happen in 1st and 2nd gear, maybe a bit sometimes in 3rd gear. Could it be the rear mount that is too worn making the engine make this noise when it ? It's a 5sfe.
