Here's the info from Kurt, for those who have ABS Pump and plug that might clash with the Panel

Simply unplug the connections an unclipped them from the abs box so they were free to move wherever we want that the wires would reach
But to move the top connector you have to move the one on the side to so the wires are long enough
Once you have them free from the abs box you just have to wiggle the wires back in behind the box a tuck then inside the fender wall


Hopefully that helps
With the connector gone from the top everything looks to be under the height of the fender witch is where in guessing the panel bolts to
