So I was thinking of selling all my manuals from the 2 years I was in Toyota T-TEN tech school. These are what they give you for "textbooks". It's a set of, 9 books. Covers everything from electrical, to drivetrain to suspensions and get very detailed right down to the explanation of what resistors Toyota used and how they work. Keep in mind that these are NOT repair manuals but 1.5"-3" books written by Toyota as general manuals on the parts they use and how they work. They won't tell you how to rebuild your 5S-FE, but they will tell you in detail how, you faulty starter, dizzy, alternator, works and how to figure out what's wrong with it. Same with drivetrains, suspensions, brake systems, electrical systems, emissions, HV/AC systems, etc.
They're all in near mint condition. I believe it's the whole set. I remember getting one stolen back in school but I can't remember for the life of me which one it was and if I replaced it or not. I THINK it was the manual transmission one, which is in the set so that would mean I did replace it. Keep in mind you can not buy these books unless you go through Toyota's college program ... or buy them from someone who did. PM me with interests and we'll talk. Also, one of the things Toyota gave me for graduation was, probably the coolest book I've ever seen or held. It's only 1 of 5,000. It's called "The Lexus Story" ... I'm not going to say anymore about it as it doesn't pertain to Toyota per say or in no way will help you with your 6gc. But PM if interested in it and what makes it so cool.
