Nebraska, "The good life". No emissions to worry about, and you CAN park your car in the street without having to pay for a "sticker".

The car is technically registered out in Winthrop Harbor b/c when we bought it, Stacy was still out at her mom's place. The rules state that even if the car is registered outside of the city, if the owner is a city resident and the car is used in Chicago, it needs a sticker.
I love the area that I'm in, but this helps my decision to move out to the burbs. -------------------- ~bloodMoney
