WTB 15" or 16" in rims and tires Options

Im looking for someone in the area that may have a set of rims and tires stock or not but must be 15s or 16s with good tires for the winter. Low profile tires dont do so will in the snow. Im not on here all the time so the best way to get a hold of me is my phone, 815-261-6000 call/text

ps cheaper is better not looking for brand new rims you just bought this summer like I said there for the winter. steelies are fine by me.
