So I'm looking for a rebuild kit to do a full overhaul on my 7a. I want to get a decent kit but don't want to pay out the a$$ for it either. Looking for suggestions of where to look to find a kit. I'm not sure if an autozone kit would be worth the money or not, but I don't wanna pay for an extremely expensive kit either. I'm talking about a full rebuild; pistons, rings, bearing, everything.. Having a local machine shop redo the head and hone block. Any suggestions on best place to get a kit though??

there is no kit that includes rings and bearings. you dont have to replace the pistons unless they are damaged. the parts you are wanting are very important so i wouldnt get aftermarket parts. especially when it comes to the gaskets. there is an OEM full engine gasket kit you can buy, all the bearings are available, and just get new rings. i get alot of my parts from http://www.toyomotorparts.com/
gasket kit 04111-16282 piston rings 13011‑16340 bearings you wont know until you either see whats on the car or look at the numbers on the crank and block. i wrote a complete guide on how to build the 7A-FE engine. -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo
