Hey guys,
I'm having issues with my alarm randomly going off and then when I switch it off and then re-arm it, it beeps like it's telling me one of the doors is still open, which they aren't. So basically I go around the car open and close the doors, boot, bonnet until it shuts up. Usually it will then lock up OK but now it just keeps beeping every time I lock it like something is still open. Has anyone else had any issues like this, it's really annoying and I can't figure out what the issue is. It seems to do it pretty randomly, it's done it a few weeks in a row and then stopped for a few weeks and now it's started again. I'm pretty sure it's done it a few times while parked at work too. Car is 1999 Celica SX-R, with the stock Toyota alarm. I've just installed an amplifier but it was doing the same thing before I touched the speakers and head unit.. Thanks |
