 Custom Gauges - having some trouble with the needles. |

I'm trying to install these custom gauges I bought (white and blue reverse glow gauge), for a '94 Celica ST, but I'm having some trouble with it. When I lay them over the originals and put it back together and back in, the speedometer needle gets stuck at about 50-60 mph, and is delayed going back down. Not sure if it's the needle now or just the gauges. Should I glue or tape them down to make them flatter? If anyone knows about installing these please help me out. Thanks.

the needle is rubbing on the overlay. you can pull the needle off and then push it back on just a little bit.
