Between the millenium wheel, the gauges doggy made for you and the lo-tek pillar, it's gonna be tough keeping your pants and possibly seats dry everytime you sit in there. Looks excellent already and the majority of the interior isn't even in there yet!

It will look something like this when its on the car but not quite soo big and the rear of it will be angled just like the lower scoop and not vertical like in these photos.. be sure to tell me what you guys think.. this was and idea I had along time ago and am still after 2 years unsure If I wanna do this or not.. the last photo is prolly the best view of it wink.gif

Also worked on the rear a little bit... got some done on the side and did most of the finishing stuff on the rear.. now I just have the corners and the other side of the rear and it will be done.. I have decied that I will have the rear molded to the car also

i dont think that that would really add anything to your exterior. to me it would be clutter thumbsdown.gif , not my style. i think you have a good thing going and id leave it that way.

what would the point of that scoop be anyways? or where would it lead? confused.gif

On the rear fenders, I say DO IT.. BUT, change it up a bit. I'm a big fan of the Ferrari 360 (Modena?)'s rear fender scoop, check it out if you can't think about what I'm talking about, I can't really explain it. I'd say something between what you have and that one, give it a more rounded look, or possibly make the hole smaller.

agreed ! you already have one scoop on the side skirt....adding another will seriously clutter up ur rear.

leave it stock please man please

I'm not tryin to offend you I'm just trying to help.
but it is ur car, so do what you like..

Keep up the good work !
DEF

Edit:if you wanna touch up the rear fender shave the fuel door and reroute the pipe to the trunk. that would be sweet. Thast what im gonna do to my car

later man

WOW... actually got alot more responses than I thought I would.. I found 3 pics that I forgot I took so figured I post them... they are of the actual piece that I used to start the scoop with...

Like I said before Im not sure If I wanna do it.. I REALLY like how it looks but it would diffently take me into the Extreme catagory instead of just a little wild. but I really like it.. as for the purpouse of it.. well hell I dont know.. might run it into the cab of the car.. maybe work out something where it would help circulate the air around where I plan to have the sound system.. would just have to watch for water but dont plan on it ever seeing rain newayz.. otherwise I'll ether close it off inside or run it to the rear brakes... LOL maybe I could run em together and hid stuff inside wink.gif

on with the pics

I'm still not sure what im gonna do with it... i'll prolly make both sides and then go from there and see what I wanna do.. everyone who I have shown locally has really liked em and I think it will diffently give the car a very cool unique look.. they would be molded into the car and try and make em look as stock as possible but like I said well see what ends up happenin biggrin.gif

edit: I like the gas tank lid right where it is wink.gif

i dont recommend doing it cuz your cutting a big @$$ hole in that beautiful curve and u got another hole already on the sideskirt and ppl gonna jam a rock in it if u do that big hole on the side...and u know that aint good and plus it isnt really functional for anything, not even for aerodynamics....if it was my car i wouldnt do it but thats up to you since its your car

I say don't do it either, it does seem to be too cluttered there. Looks busy to me.
Leave it off. smile.gif

Those things are going to create alot of drag aswell, its like 2 little parashoots(SP) on the sides of your car.
