I would do a home respray and dent removal first... And then some nice sideskirts...
I got VS2 Sideskirts off eBay for $120 and its gonna cost $80 for the paint... So for me, at least, that was $200AUD for my side skirts  Edit: You could also get a pair of clear turn indicators, clear side markers etc... They're is a lot that you can do with a cheap budget... yeah I just saw your car, you really need the dent repaired and a rustolum paint job, and then get some side markers
