from what it seems you are jumping the gun without actually having any idea what the swap may entail. I suggest you read the threads that detail this swap. to answer your questions

every clip or engine you buy should come with the intake air filter and the exhaust manifold and b- pipe. otherwise dont buy the engine, or youll be screwed. a missing part will give you headaches, and will be hard to find.

He knows what you are asking about, and he gave the best answer he could possibly have given. The BEAMS swap is as easy as a swap gets and there's plenty of information on the forums about it, but if you're asking a question as simple as intake compatibility then you'll have serious issues with the swap. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but seriously, the intake is pretty common information on the BEAMS.

To answer your question- no, your AEM intake will be scrap when the 5S comes out. 2.5" piping for the B pipe. An exhaust shop can fab up a B pipe for you, but getting the factory B pipe would have been easier and the BEAMS will not even start with a proper intake, and the factory intake is by far the best intake for it.

Again, not trying to be a jerk. I know it sounds like I am, but without knowing which intake will work, a BEAMS swap will not come together. You'll definitely want to give these threads a few good reads.

The MAF is the end-all and be-all on the BEAMS. It's incredibly finicky. It demands that the intake pipe be exactly 71 mm, otherwise it runs pig rich and kills power. That limits your options to the factory intake, which has proven dyno gains over the other intakes, available from Vincent_Doggy. You can also get a SARD intake, the only aftermarket intake specifically designed for the BEAMS, available here. Costs about the same as the factory intake, not as much power. Njccmd has an HKS MAF adapter for sale, you would just need to buy an air filter for it. Or, you can go with the cheapest option, a 97-01 Camry SRI, but this will give the least power. It's not a difference of 50 hp, realistically 10-15 at most. I've had the Camry intake, SARD intake, and OEM. I will say that my BEAMS runs far smoother and has slightly better throttle response with the OEM intake. It's worth the extra money to some, but not others.

You might be able to use a air box for the 97-01 Camry too
The maf mounts into it an it might even match up to the bottom of the stock airbox in the celica or with alil work you could use the whole stock intake from a 97+ 1mz
They use the same maf so with alil effort it should work

I haven't done a Beams swap but on the intake side of things the beams an 1mz have a lot in common

The Camry intake doesn't fit in a Celica. I can't remember who but somebody tried it and said it didn't work.

What are you stuck on? You don't need the entire diagram to swap the BEAMS, it would only end up confusing you worse and making everything way more complicated than it needs to be. There are only a few wires to repin. If you still need the pin out diagram, there's one over on mr2.com in their BEAMS Owners Group section.
