I'd check the drains, odds are that's the problem.

Drains sounds likely... Have fun with that ![]() I did mine last year, every time I drove off after parking my car I would have half a liter of cold water rush down my back... Not fun ![]() To do it the whole sunroof assembly needs to come out of the car.... Not particularly difficult, just painful ![]() ![]() I took heaps of photos last time to make a how-to but never got around to it. Let me know if you need me to search them out ![]() -------------------- ![]() SOLD :( 1997 ST204 Celica ZR -----> See it here on 6GC! 2013 October Celica of the Month XD Now: '00 NB8B Mazda MX5 -----> See it here in off topic! |

Mine was leaking when I bought the car and it would also drip out from around the sun visors when I came to a stop. I dropped the headliner and confirmed that my drain tubes were hooked up and working properly. For me it ended up being a leak through one of the square metal pieces that the screws go through from the top side. Those screws hold down the tracks for the sunroof and stuff. I sealed up the trouble spot with some RTV and things have been nice and dry ever since.
