 FS: OEM Exhaust Manifold w/ Heatshield Chicago |

I have the OEM manifold with heatshield it comes with the bolts in the first picture, I'm not sure if that's all of them necessary to mount it, I had a mechanic install my new header. I am asking $50 pickup only.
  It appears here that the heatshield is rusted out at one spot where the bolt wont grab on for mounting, the other holes seem fine.
