Hey all! I was checking out the Sylvania Silverstar halogen bulbs and was wondering if anyone has them on their ride? Is it worth the money? Thanks! smile.gif

I had them on a few months back for about a 2 yrs, then I switched to Piaa Xtreme White, which pretty much gave me the same visibility.

They're better than the stock lighting though. I had trouble seeing the road with the "normal" 9006 bulb that gave out that "yellowish" hue. The Silverstars helped a lot and gave out a crisp white output.

So yes, I'd say they're worth the $$$. They def. last longer than some other brands out there. *cough*cough* APC, etc.

I've heard good things about them. They're quality and not too pricey. I personally have the Piaa's which i've had for 3 yrs and i'm happy with them.

Did he adjust the headlights for the new bulbs? My friends were mad at me when I got the Cool Blue bulbs, but after I aimed them properly I can see the road better AND I don't blind oncoming traffic.
