Looking to change my tires.
My rims are 16" OZ Racing Superleggera with a width of 7 inches and weight of 14.5 pounds (6.6kg). I am currently on 205/50 tires and I like the look, I am not sure I want to go lower than 50 since the rims are not that big and it will create a much bigger gap in the wheel wells, I am still on stock suspension. Not to mention the number of pot holes and speed bumps in town. But I want to go wider, maybe 225. I am looking for a strictly summer tire, I already have other rims with winter tires. I heard the guys on the 6GC podcast talk about Michelin Pilot Sport, the only 16" there is Pilot Sport 3 215/45 I've been advices on Dunlop and Continental as well. What is your opinion?
