Okay guys, I got an alignment on my car......and I swear the car rides worst. It makes more road noise, and I can clearly sense that it rides stiffer and more bumpy. Is it suppose to be like this?? Let me know!

The road noise I can understand. If the toe is skewed or something, then I can see the tires howling a bit more in protest. The stiffer/bumpier part I am a bit confused about. The alignment has nothing to do with how your car is sprung, and therefore how bumpy the ride would be.

If is something that just happened, and you aren't happy with the handling, then I would say no. If you had just dropped the car 2 inches and tossed on some stiffer springs, then, yeah. If it is bothering you, I would say go back to the alignment place and have them double-check the settings. Mention the symtoms and they might poke around and come up with a reason aside from the alignment (maybe on of your springs is binding or a strut is blown/stuck).

Did they by chance rotate your tires when they shouldn't have? After Toyota balanced mine a few months ago, seemed to have more road noise etc, took it to a different shop, seems Toyota had put my directoional tires on the wrong sides,,,so much for dealership work

New tires man, they are the best feeling ever and can correct alot of wierd bumps and what not that you might be experiencing, also reduces the road noise, Im always amazed when I get new tires.
