Did a search and could find anything.

The other day I was changing my wheels and for whatever odd reason started reconsidering the points I use to raise my car.
On the front I usually put the jack under the "frame rail" looking section, that a jack fits on perfectly, Rather than using the stock location (Keep in mind this is with a regular floor jack.)

On the rear, there's not really any spots (that I noticed) to lift the car up, and I've always used the stock location, and its held up a lot better than in the front.

Are these the proper locations? I'm not a "newb" in the car scene, but not sure if I've been doing this right and only started reconsidering it as of late. Are these the correct spots to be lifting a car? Or should I be using another location?

Thanks in advance for answering my newb quesiton haha.
