So my pump got ridiculously loud yesterday, then today I started it and it was back down to its normal sound. Normally it runs at a noticeable volume, but yesterday I could hear it very loud over my car exhaust. It only has 7k miles on it, I doubt it would be going out already, but that's possible. I used the GSS342 for the Mazda mx3. The car seemed to be idling strangely, but still accelerated fine, and my voltage output was at the normal 13s according to my gauge. I didn't check the voltage at the pump though. Could it have been a restriction or ventilation issue?
