I removed my climate control from my console to facilitate carpet replacement. I managed to disconnect the cables from the inside mounting bracket and holes. I could not find the paper I wrote the location of the cables on, so I don't know which hole the black cable goes in and which hole the blue cable goes in. I need to find out where the cables go on the lever. Can someone help me with the locations? I did search, but only found info re the disconnect under the hood and under the dash.
Thanks in advance |

I am at work so when I get home I have one pulled from my car and will take a picture and send it to you or describe it to you. So if you can wait till this evening I can look up for you. On the othersider/engine side the black one is the longer one and goes in the engine bay. The blue one goes near the accelarator pedal.

The blue one goes here behind the center console, to the right of the pedals.
![]() The black one comes through the firewall and right here, behind the engine. ![]() ![]() -------------------- 2007 Impreza 2.5i - Daily

Thanks in advance Wow, what a difference a little knowledge makes. I again removed the climate control module from the console after disconnecting the 2 cables and attaching a wire to the black one for retrieval. I did have them reversed on the module and it was a simple matter to swap positions this time. Thanks again for the assistance. |
