 Convertible rear side window adjustment, Any way to adjust the height/angle of rear side windows in the vert? |

I just picked up a nice condition 98 convertible and am trying to make things waterproof again. The rear side windows don't go up as high as the front windows. Is there some type of adjustment somewhere to help with this? Also the black rubber seals that are at the bottom of these windows when they are up are torn. Can those be replaced?
