I know what you're saying smaay, bang for buck, when compared to turbo, its not all that. But when you consider a car thats not worth being turboed or they have no plans for turbo, many cars go through the N/A build. These are just upgrades from stock, and you could still use them for a turbo project so its not a waste of money - theres growth.
I dont think his goal is turbo at the moment. the only thing you would lose from ALL these parts i listed, if you go turbo on a 5s would be the headers (which is essentially the cheapest part on the list) and you could use everything else still. I just spent alot of time money and work on my 5s. Cams, ebay header, apexi neo, port polish, shaving the head, custom intake manifold ect... not to mention lapping valves is a bitch especially with the valve setup on a toyota. I really may have gained about 15hp but it was not noticeable. now Im swapping in a v6 1mz. which is what I should have done in the first place and it would have cost the same or less and doubled the HP... Just saying the 5s is not worth the effort unless you got cash to blow. But then why would you waste you time.

If you want a header for the 5sfe. The best bang for your buck would be the Aussie header. Its designed for a 5sfe and for a celica. I think 5th gen but you can always modify the downpipe. The reason why I say its the best bang for the buck is because it'll cost $200-$300 but its 4-2-1 header style. My Buddie has it on his 5th gen in the bay area and he loves it. He says it feels a lot more torquier. And he hates the eBay header BTW. He prefers the 3rd rev 5sfe header(no cat) from the late model camrys. Lol.
