Right, the power/money ratio is not as cost efficient as an intake, but some 5s-fe's need all the power they can get. do you have hedders on your 5s-fe turbo? Dude a cold air intake is not going to give you any where near 15 hp...your luckey to get about 3... and with the header i read on celica.net that aerospeed makes one for about 250$ And your not only paying for the speed your also payin for the exelent sound that you can only get out of a header. Headers only really help out with your top end speed. I plan on doing my hole exhaust soon from the headers all the way back with a hi flow cat and the gready sp. Now with all that i would be luckey to get 15 hp.
