Herro....

I don't think this car really needs that much of an introduction as I'm sure most of you may (or possibly may not) recognize it.

Picked this up from Edgar earlier this week after my last daily was stolen the Friday before Turkey Day and was recovered the following Wednesday in an even ****tier condition than it left. lol So the Celica is going to continue to serve daily duties for me as it did the previous owners.

Anywho, it's been about 9 years since I was last in a 6GC and I'm happy to be back in one. I have a few things planned for it, but trying to prioritize some other plans first before I can set funds aside for the car.

I'd post more pictures, but it's cold as bawls and it's raining/snowing/sleeting down here and I've been working 15 hour days.

14.8 is a little lean for cold start, usually you'd want something richer like 12ish. If someone sprays a little starting fluid into the intake while cranking will it catch and go for a few beats? Are the spark plugs getting wet with fuel? If you try cranking with throttle partially open will it go?

Uhh....car is still on jack stands. Not much progress. Gonna move it to my dad's for storage for the time being so I can move the Supra back into my garage.

Speaking of Supra, spent the last 4 months getting it together with the standalone, cams, fuel, etc. Made 647whp & 527wtq @ 25.5 PSI on E80 and 459whp & 447wtq @ 16 PSI on 93 pump gas. Been fun driving the car for a few days before I got deported to Oklahoma for work for the last 2 weeks. Still got a couple of things left to tweak on it per my tuner, but should be solid now.

After about 2 years, moved the car from my dad's place to a friend's shop so we can start working on it again. Hopefully it runs again by year's end....maybe....

uuuh....Bought a RacerX COP bracket, replaced the Berk Tech downpipe with one from TB-Development so it'll actually clear the fans. Need to make a new oil return line now that the new downpipe is in the way of the old one. Cut up some radiator hoses to fit the upper hose. Moved it back to my dad's. lol

Started a mobile detailing/mechanic business back in October after getting laid off in May 2024, so trying to pay my bills and get that running smoothly has been top priority.

Nice, glad to see some work is being done. I haven't touched my blue one in forever. Red one needed more maintenance. Hopefully I'll find time but we'll see, now that I got a baby time is... not there lol. Sorry to hear about the lay off, congrats on starting the business though! I hope the best for you.
