Ok I hear alot about cars being riced out of something said that is ricey, or Rice in general. Wut makes a car riced and wut makes a car truely a car? Alot of people csay that some 6gc's are riced. How do u rice out a 6gc u can build it anyway ur imagination and come up with and either way u put it its still just a car, or better yet a 6gc. I guess either Im really lost or just dont understand the concept. But I mean where does the term come from and how does it pertain to a car? If a riced vehicle is car with no turbo and low horsepower than why call it that why not call it something different.? "Just because it is ", is not a good enough reason for someone such as myself who doesnt understand. I once read that a car with a hood scoop and no turbo and a surfboard size wing is a ricer, but wh? I mean why do these items realy have to serve a point why cant they be there because someone likes it? I mean there are so many type of building and tunning to a car that may take place.

For intense there are big rims, dark, windows, and gangsta leans on cars which we call V.I.P, Monster truck tiers and roll cages for the outdoorsman, and exhaust wings and body kits for the "RICER"

What make a car a "RICER'' and most of all why?
