I saw this grid on many celicas (example here), but Toyota dealer told me that this is not original part (because he can't find it in database).

IPB Image

So don't you know the part number of this part (if it's original)

Thanks

It came on most of the 96+ Euro bumpers. So yes i think it was original part.

Try

53114-20101 for the grille
75311-20480 for the emblem
75391-20010 for the clip to hold the emblem

So... that part numbers (emblem and clip) exists, but no one knows if it's really SS-III emblem or not kindasad.gif.
Never mind, it costs $16... let's surprise myself biggrin.gif

Same happend here - but once you tell them this is JDM ONLY parts, they have to have access to Japan parts database - and they find everything. Actually i dunno how it is in States Toyota - but here they ussualy check Euro database, and JDM parts are in compleatly different database.. Try to explain this to them - maybe this will help.

I'm really surpriced... I'm able to order anything from local dealer (JDM projectors I would have in a week... only problem is the money wink.gif). That's why I'm "hunting" part numbers here biggrin.gif.

I think toyota is not allowing many US parts departments order JDM parts. I tried to order currens from my moms dealership and her parts manager can order JDM parts..

Most of the US dealership can't look up JDM parts. That kinda sucks. I tried to look up gt-4 parts for prices at the dealer and all they can say is "we need the VIN#". I tell them that its JDM and still they need the VIN. If you can't look it up then why would you need the VIN? LOL

Yes, here is the same "we need the VIN#" was first thing wat they told me, but when I said "I don't know (right now), I just want some parts by part#... " and no problem... It's business for them, they have his profit margin from every part...
