Ok everyone here is the situation: I was recently on spring break in Florida and a picture was sent to my phone. It has camera phone resolution and I need something off of it. I need to enlarged and made less blurry to tell two specific things. Who here can help me? I would have to email the pic to you personally and let you do it to avoid making people mad. Hanyo did this previously with a picture but I dont want to impose on anyone. Thanks guys. I seriously need this help.

Well heres the problem, you cant increase resolution on a photo, so if its blurry, its blurry. You can sharpen it, but it'll be a sharpened blurry picture. Enlarging it will not do so much.
