I looked out my Window, and look what I saw. Options

my brother comes into my room and says that there is a black supra in the neighbors driveway. Knowing the rarity of the car, and my brothers lack of car knowledge, I was like, "uh yeah sure" but i humored him and looked. To my dismay he knew a little something. Sitting in my neighbors driveway was a 1995 Toyota Supra TT, black on black... PICTURES!






2jz power.....4" custom exaust...no cats...i went to take a video of him reving it...but i suck and ****ed it up so no video for u people


PS. guy was being kinda timid and stand offish, so i couldnt take nearly as many pictures as i would have liked to.

i knocked on the door to the house, and asked whos car it was...there my neighbors for god sakes.

Also the keys were in the ignition the entire time. i noticed when i was walking up to the house, i looked inside and the keys were in it......can anyone say joy ride?

no lie, guy said it put down 400ponies to the wheels.....its an auto tho. but! says it still runs high 11s.....(idk how much u can actually take from that, but still....sick whip to see outside your window)

We dont have the problem with Supras being rare in the UK....how many can you count in this photo???????? I make over 50....Taken at this years JAE (Japanese Auto extravaganza) Jap cars as far as the eye can see from Nissan 240`s with dragster engines....about 40 GT4`s just about every hot jap car you can think of.

most ive seen is probably 60+ in one meet

but... thats like 5 MKI, 30 MKII, 15 MKIII, and the rest as MKIV

they crank the boost to ~18psi, and do the BPU rout, and they are at 400 at the wheels...it's kind of depressing for me to know that actually

Steff have you ever thought about going to Supras Invade Las Vegas? i went 2 years ago for about hmmm 16 hours lol. went down with a caravn of 15 supras. I didnt get to stay for the show though cuz of some drama issues. but heres a pic from SILV 05

well what makes me skeptical of his numbers and basically everything that he said was that hes lik "yeah its 400bhp so i figure about 460 at the crank...thats only pushing about 28lbs of boost"


WTF 28 lbs.......(again seems/seemed very high to me, but i dont know the 2jz that well, so its a possibility)

the usdm twin turbos are steel bladed 18psi is accepted as the max on pump gas, and 28 is like the max when running race fuel, lol.


as far as meets go, i'd have to guess that the TX meet is bigger, or has the bigger output supras.

majority of the posts i see mentioning a get together have "TX0(x)" in them

You know what's funny? I've had my Celica for 7 yrs and it's my TRUE baby not my supra! lol Sad I know, I guess I just haven't had it long enough and spent time with it the way that I have with my celica. Plus with all the $$ I've put into it the Supra has a lot of catching up to do.

400hp in a supra running 11's on an auto? Sounds like he was trying to make it sound faster than it really is. Nice car nonetheless, just seems supras are idolized. The AT cooler past 350whp is very unstable as most of my friends have found out. Give me a 98 rx7 or 3sgte tranny anyday. I find it cool the red gt4 shutting the supra down was a great video. Supras invade las vegas was a sight nonetheless, dyno queens just have some aura they emit when breaking 4 digit dynos.
