that's the way it is for cooling plates, or at least that what I think, I have a beatrush cooling plate and it is the same way so I would say that's normal.

Here are some reference...
http://www.tein.com/okuyama_RCP.html

The radiator panel works by increasing the air flow into the radiator by redirecting the air stream above the radiator.
Most vehicles will see an average of 40ºF (5ºC) reduction in water temperatures.

I believe you have been talking about this, right?

I believe it's just not possible ship that w/o any harm (else is some brace packed with that and shipping costs will raise because of weight raise)

I took that plate to body shop and they told me is able to fix it... it will cost something, but should be fixed. I'll post pics when will be done to see results.

note: btw. Vince, is that pure aluminum plate or it's some hard aluminium (dural)??? Can you tell that?

You are such an super understanding person and thanks for posting up the pics for me.

It's just a nightmare... disaster... hard to describe how I feel now...

My inexperience in packing the plate cause those damage, of course, I didn't ask the postman to bend every of the plate like this.

note:Martin, I really dunno what kind of aluminum it is, my friend help me to make those replica, sorry

Guys...

Let me apologize to those who receive the plate like Malpaso post!!

My inexperience in packing the plate cause those damage, of course, I didn't ask the postman to bend every of the plate like this.

If any of members received the plate and have damage like the pics above, feel free to PM me the pics and we gonna sort something out.

BTW, I did sent 2 pcs of plate earlier today with new modified package.

IPB Image

Should be arrived next week sometime, hope the outcome is satisfactory this time.

So, if any of the members still dibs on the plate, hold your money and let's see the outcome, if yes, proceed, if no, I need to find another solution.

The new package with double cardboard protection doubles/tripples the weight and cost more for shipping!!

However, the most important thing is the plate arrive in one perfect piece!!

No problem Vince, thanks for helping all of us out with this type of problem. I bought my Curren taillights from you in excellent condition and for this type of thing to happen is unexpected, in fact the picture Malpaso posted was how my cooling plate looked like when I received it too. So don't feel bad about a thing because it ain't your fault. You are still an A+ seller in my book. biggrin.gif

I took that plate to body shop and they told me is able to fix it... it will cost something, but should be fixed. I'll post pics when will be done to see results.

note: btw. Vince, is that pure aluminum plate or it's some hard aluminium (dural)??? Can you tell that?

I had phone call today from body shop. It's fixed. Material is aluminum so no problem with welding wink.gif. Also they told me on that plate is some special hardened paint. So only pity thing is I will repaint it...

Relax...

Sorry to reply late, the cost to Puerto Rico is a bit expensive than USA say 5 bucks more, and as you read thru the sales thread, some plate had been damaged via shipping.

I wanna wait for the new modified package to arrive and see everything fine b4 I sell more plate to others.

Hope you understand, the new package cost me like 5-10 bucks more than the one I sent b4, of course depending on different countries.

The shipping service is kinda airmail parcel with tracking, say 1 week time to states.

Hope this can help!

Guys and Gals...

Updates on the new modified packing!!

I am now to stand up and announce the plate was certified in FL on 14March07.

Dust to dust... Mud to mud... frown.gif

Well... the plate is my "PIECE"... not perfect but at least looks great b4 I send out...

I am the one who set it up...
Now I am the one to make it stop...

Hope everyone could understand my situation and how I feel.

In order to make sure the rest of my ""PIECEs" get to US safely. I am gonna ship them all to Culpable04 and then he'll ship them from US.

As you all know Culpable04 is one of the most reliable seller/member in 6GC; as you can see how he ran the GB on HID kits.

Anybody who dibs on the plate and previously PM'd me, please kindly deal with Culpable04 directly.

Regarding PAYPAL info. or stuffs like that, please refer to Culpable04 too.

And as there is kinda double shipping, the cost may be varied. Please check with Culpable04!!

Let me say THANKS to Culpable04 in advance that help me to sort out my "Mission Impossible" and of course thank you for your patience and interest on the plates.

The last but not least, I deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Vince

the price will remain the same + whatever it cost to ship it from my house. it won't be much ~ 5 -10 dollars. and I'll use the same dibs order you guys had, I think is just fair.

I'll let you guys know when they arrive to my house.

the price is US$65.00 ( within US )

I don't know how much different the shipping cost will be for combined shipping. since they'll be packaged individually in hard boxes to eliminate the possibility of damages.
