that looks like a customized front bumper to me because of the way they tried to fit the turn signals.

It kinda looks like snakeloa's car. In his profile it says "Remodified and three coloured Wise Sports Front Bumper"
Snakeloa's profile so maybe its a Wise Sport front end? with moulded in fender flairs? |
