Just over the last few days, I have noticed when driving over slightly rough road at a low speed, (i.e my driveway,) there is a squeak/creak from the front suspension. The car is lowered etc so it is a hard ride. I just wondered if that was a component needing greased or is it a sign of something on its way out....

Cheers guys

i was getting a squeaking sound before and found out it was my shocks.. it wasn't blown or anything but would make this noise at every bump.

other than that, i don't know what else would make a 'squeaking' noise.

Mine make a creaking noise over speed bumps, sounds like its probably the same kind of thing you're talking about.

I suspect its the top mounts or the bottom perches needing grease.

Thanks Batman722, tried the silicon spray to the front and rear nuts that secure the strut to the mount, but sadly to no avail......
Its purely coming from the FRONT suspension, these squeeks and creaks, it has been pretty cold lately so that could be partly causing them. Just at low speeds when doing turns and driving slow on rough ground.

What do you recommend to solve??

is it purely the front shocks needing grease etc?? If so how do i go about it?

Thanks again

Bad News mate, your car is GT-four, and it has the front suspension which none of these US friends have.
Find the topic about SuperStrut, it should be in this category. As superstrut gets old, it starts first squeeking and finally it turns to banging.

yes i replaced the shock and it fixed my problem. again, it might not be your shocks. try to have a friend pushed down to bounce the car up and down and listen to where the sound is coming from.. that's what i did and i found out the sound was coming straight from the shocks.. and not from the bushings or other joints...
