 ticking sound coming from car |

recently my car battery died and after i jump started it there was a constant ticking sounds, you hear it from the inside and all the lights including the ac lights and clocks light flicker on and off with the sounds. and if you look outside the side turn lights also flicker on and off with the sounds. does anyone know how to fix this?

well battery died...from leaving headlights and fogs on >.>

sounds like a short somewhere before a relay for the illumination causing the relay to click on and off
I would have to get the wiring book and look into it more though -------------------- |

Ticking,like a chiming sound? If so,that could potentially be bad.
