The above pics just showing what this project is for, thats not the exact product.

Will use the stock headlight glasses to do a Mould and produce with Machinery.

The lenses material would pretty much like the plastic of the tail lights.

Crystal clear plastic.

Gonna be 2 colors to choose from:

Crystal Clear or Light Smoked

The cost would be usd$100 for all 4 with packing, but shipping would be on top depending on different countries, but since the weight is nothing, so the shipping gonna be cheap.

You might query about why I suddenly have lots of project to launch.

Since I just found another 6GC enthusiast who is willing to support me some funds for my projects.

However, your support is also required!!!

Just Put your name down if you want those, I would make it happen!!

stupid question. are these street legal?

it depends...
high beams: why not... there is no issue.
low beams: only with projectors... so this is absolutely perfect solution if you want to make own custom projectors.

Universal for all 6GC

This Project might launch a bit later, I have to finish the Project A 1st - since the mould cost me an arm and a leg

Hey vincent, I'm interested a set of clear

By the way, how hard is this to install? I've never taken off only the lenses.

PS: I'm really loving that clear black gas lid. Kudos bud, and keep up the amazing work. I'm sure we ALL appreciate the support.

Pretty sure the glue under the lenses has to be heated in order to separate the lens from the housing (I think most do it by boiling water) and then the clear lens has to be reapplied with more glue.

Need 4 mould instead... it s gonna be... $ + $ + $ + $....
I am sourcing some Acrylic company instead... working on it... need more patience this time...

vincent just a random question, have you thought of using a vacuume forming proccess to make these lenses?...seems like vaccume forming is cheaper then injection molding. might disassemble my headlights and give it a shot just to see if it can be done and look good..

finding good material is sorta the tough part my best guess would be some kind of uv coated lexan...but that is pricy..ill just be doing a trial run using just normal plexiglass as its fairly cheap and if it fails atleast i tried. im sure better results from vacu-forming can be had by having a custom mold made just for the purpose vacu-forming...but im guessing most automotive plastics used in lenses have some sort of chemicals added to make the plastic have certain characteristics...we will see just have more important stuff to work on with my celli right now such as painting my front end!, good luck vincent and hopefully when they get produced ill buy some then(not putting my name on the list yet)

[color="#800080"][size=3]The above pics just showing what this project is for, thats not the exact product.

Just Put your name down if you want those, I would make it happen!!"bnoksky" crystal clear
