I do not understand this. If you want to have a Toyota Supra, buy yourself it.
Why remake a Toyota Celica in the super sports car, if she can never drive so fast?
In general, the Toyota Celica 6-Gen has a unique front. You can not change it.

I like the idea and admire that someone would go this length to change it up a bit. But at the same time it does look a tiny bit funny.

a supra ussually cost around 25K + around here. i dont know about other places but i think buying a celi for 2-3k and then spending another 2-3k is well worth a conversion like this. if done rite. just my opinion.

but i do love the stock look of the 6gen better.

Thats by far the best one I've ever seen, externally at least. My big question now is what's under the hood? I see a big exhaust, nice brakes, great body work and paint, but does it have something under the hood to back up all the Supra parts he put on there????

I'd rock it if it was a GT4.

no more bashing....it is good, you got the money and you wanted that way...rock it, if you don't want it... send it to me. nuff said, good clean mod. Seeing the engine would be nice. I remember reading all those threads out there how this was hard and there wasn't one really besides Oreo that had came close. To me in my opinion, this comes way beyond perfect. so what if it really isn't a supra, damn it has the same blood line and curves, just not as powerful and wide as the older bro. It's his taste and I think he or she did a wonderful job at it. at least this shows that a celi turned into the older brother can happen. with enough power in a 3s swap it can be just as fast as a supra or faster because our celi is lighter than the supra.

*Imagine if it had the whole complete awd and performance like Tufy's car. with all this input turning a car into this, must have some money for performance. Tufy's car did really well against the supra.

If he or she is new to the forum...welcome to your friendly neighbor (sometimes)...show us how you did this project, be nice. just no go overboard and bring in civics and integra

I'm sure theres a bunch of 6GCs on this site with huge exhaust and no power to back it up. this is nice work but it's just not a supra.

Haven't you guys heard of the "fastest celica" where they use the celica chasis but its rwd and like all supra parts? its on youtube I would think people use that because the chasis is lighter and smaller.

From my own experience I know how much is about the transformation Toyota Celica. Need to be redone completely in front of the machine, partially back. Plus full body kit, plus paint, plus alloy wheels. Work with the hood, with the braking system, the cost of the lights of the Toyota Supra.

Ladies and gentlemen. The price of this machine (only cosmetic changes) is about $ 15,000.

Still, it would not go as Toyota Supra!

A year later, you can sell a maximum of half that price.

P.S. But the car looks nice!!!

$15,000 buys you a cheap Supra here. NA, probably auto, but it still has more go than most 6th gen Celicas in the States, excluding the ones with some work put into them.

I wouldn't spend this money on my own Celica. However, if it was a built GT4 and it was for sale for a reasonable price, I might pick it up. That's not happening in the States though.

Strangely enough, the exhaust system exits to the left side.

The attention to detail of this conversion is amazing.

Like most stated, car to car conversions are not my personal thing, but hats off to the owner on a really good job with this one. It turned out really good, not half-assed at all.

This Celica is build here in Denmark, and as i remember it took the owner a year to build it.
The engine is originally a 3SGTE, but has been swapped to a 3SGTE.

We heard you liked the 3SGTE so we swaped in another 3SGTE so you could 3SGTE while you 3SGTE.
