Hi, as the topic description states, does anyone know how to remove the black fog light cover on the facelift model?

Do you need to remove the bumper to get the covers off? Any other way?

you either can pop it out from the front, but i'd look from the back first, just take off the piece of under cover to access. there might be some type of clip or screw. either way it should be easy once you look at it.

True is now it is few years ago I did that but from what I remember you need to remove two screws in the bottom (those screws holding also cover-panel under the car) and two clips on the top (you can see them in the picture below). No need to remove the bumper at all.
