So as the title says. I finally bought my 3sgte today. Should be here in few days to a week. But looking at the advertising pictures a few things caught my eye. Now I know they arent to serious so Im not to to worried. But can anyone tell me where I can buy the replacement parts? Would Autozone or O'Reillys be good places to check first?

Missing the altenator belt

You can't get too many replacement parts from autozone for a motor that was never offered in the US.
The alternator belt pn is in fate's thread I think.
That's the trans oil cooler fyi, you don't need it unless you're using the awd tranny, but your shifter cables are cut anyway.
You can use 5s heater core water lines and IIRC you can also use the 5s fuel line as long as you use the 3s banjo on the rail.
You need to use some hoses for the IC water lines with an after market pump and heat x.
Also missing the IC overflow bottle.

Your alternator belt is Napa brand part number 25-050446. Toyota can cross-reference it to an OEM toyota belt if you want to get one from them. For oil filter you can take the old one in to the auto parts store and have them match up the seat and the threads. As far as your sensors, I've been googling the part numbers off of the sensors as I have needed them. And my thermostat is from some kind of Tacoma I think. There is a parts list in the stickies that says the parts that can be used instead of the stock ST205 parts.

Im confused Batman, what would I used the 5s heater core water lines for exactly? and I planned on modifying a radiator breather tank as an overflow tank. And I realized after lloking more in depth at the ppics that it was the ranny oil cooler, lol.

And one last thing, where would I order an aftermark pump and heat x at?

As pricy as it is I planned on ordering these parts if I dont recieve them with my shippment. Like I said I know its pricy but sometimes u have to make sacrifices I guess to get the job done right.

Damn they cut the wires....but you are in luck..IM pretty dang sure that your stock harness matches up with the GTE harness (where it meets the fuse box). You should compare wires just to be sure though, but im pretty freakin sure they are exactly the same. Also forgot to say, congrats on getting your engine. Seems like it you got it sooner than expected!

Oh i just now thought that alot of us are forgetting you have a 3SFE engine in your car, and its already RHD. Dude most of your swap is going to be differnt from the 5sfe. For example the engine should bolt right up to your car, no probs there. You can re-use your current altenator belt from the 3sfe to the 3sgte. Power steering, A/C, heater core lines should all line up the same way they did on the 3SFE as the GTE.

I'm not one that likes to correct someone..so I'm sorry..but the belt from the 3sfe can't be used on the Gen III 3sgte, which is what he has. I explored every belt option I could think of and finally I had another member with a Gen III text me a picture of his belt and I cross referenced the part number. The part number above that I mentioned is the belt to use for his engine, the alternator and a/c compressor can be used interchangeably (as well as the Gen IV), but the Gen III has another pulley that is solely a tensioner, making the belt longer. I do believe that what you said is true in regards to the Gen II 3sgte, but the Gen III is a different animal. My belt is actually from some Chevy truck I think. Napa brand 25-050446.

No its okay, no hard feelings here. I shouldve watched what i said on that anywho!

Also EDIT: As per out PM conversation im going to post this up so that others can offer their advice to this situation in regards to missing your intercooler pump relay and possible wiring, whist trying to keep the stock intercooler system and NOT throw a code 54.

First here is someones swap story with a 5SFE. It includes information about axles and im only showing you because you asked initially. Like i said i doubt you would have to deal with these issues.
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=55058

Alright when it comes to your swap (with wanting to keep chargecooler and running different pump "without" the IC pump relay box) you will have to find where the wires to that relay box are and figure out a way to fool the ECU into thinking that the IC pump is still there so you wont throw a CEL (code 54) for well..you get my point.

This is going to be tricky, since you dont have the complete wiring harness that has that relay box kindasad.gif
Anywho here is a link to a thread on another forum that will give you the idea of what you would of have to do IF you have that relay box..
http://celicas.messageboard.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?t=306
http://www.gt4dc.co.uk/website/development...maintenance.php (code 54 for continuous pump operation)

Anywho the easy way would be buying a full and complete st205 wire harness from someone and go from there with the information above.. OR getting an aftermarket ECU (such as the MR2 apexi ECU). I like the latter idea better because that ecu isnt wired to control the WTA system and will still allow you full engine ops capability PLUS tuning options and you can just wire in your new pump to operate off another 12v IGN ON source without the hassles of wiring in resisters and dealing with code 54 issues from anywhere, etc.

But the hard and cheap way would be to find those wire and figure out a way to do that resistor trick that is in that 2nd link i sent you. And it sucks from the way i see it, because i would like to give you more advice but i wouldnt know where to start considering im not there lol....but i hope this helps you out somehow.
