I think the title is straight-forward about the question. Personally my favorite thing about the Celica is that the body styling is so smooth. No sharpness, very ergonomic, and that is something that is getting progressively harder and harder to find today.. with our Space-Age Boxes the car companies are putting out these days I think we should all sit back.. and maybe give our Celi's a hug... Excuse me while I go hug Daisy...

id go with styling as well (because we all know power aint an option), very sleek and sexy. also has a subtle agressiveness to it as well. i love the rear especially with the large rear wheel humps. next would be the relative rarity compared to other cars, walking through campus this semester i cant even remember how many civics, integras, eclipses, mustangs ive seen. only seen 2 6g's on campus. lastly i like how we have a sexy platform to drop a 3sgte in to make it a pretty quick car. id go hug carmen but its freeezing outside lol.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

its either the seats or engine bay...

seats well anyone with the optional leather seats knows why they are one of my favorite things about the celica... i have really bad back pain and when i sit in my celi.. my back pain just goes away ..

engine bay ... some maybe most will be wtf ... no i don't have a swap or a turbo ( yet ) ... but i just really like the layout of the engine bay .. they way everthing is placed and show ... and the majority of things are esally reached... its on of the more user freandly engine bays i have seen ...

Both back and front are nice, it looks sporty, and the interior isnt skimped on. What starts off good looking you can only make it better.

Uniqueness, clean lines both inside and out, and a great platform for modifying.

The 6gc is totally unlike most cars in that it can recieve a wide variety of engines such as 4age, 3sgte, 3sge, 5sfe, 7afe, 3sfe, and 4agze.....some of which are the most reknown engines amongst the import world. You can have a great looking car that meets your power jones, whatever they may be, all the while spending much less than something off a showroom floor of less performance and style anyway.

Thats why I like our cars. wink.gif

I have the same thing with the people who work on my familys cars....they occasionally do some work for me too and they always comment on what a nice car it is. When they did a tune up for me, they brought me back into the garage so I could check out the progress which was a nice gesture and the mechanic couldn't say enough good things about my Celica. Just thought I would add that. wink.gif

Its rarity. The feeling I get everytime I step on the gas. Whats under the hood. And that I can make it look like a car most of this country has never seen before.

And the fact thats its a toyota, that will last longer than most of the cars on the road today

I used to own a Triumph Spitfire 1500 and the best thing that I liked was the driving position.
My Celica ST is just the same just more refined, nice curvy bulges (I've always liked looking at nice curvy bulges tongue.gif ), spioler, but I think it's got to be the drive and cornering. Sooo smooth. thumbsup.gif

The wraparound interior, the fact that it's the first car where I actually have to move the seat UP one notch to fully push in the clutch, I love the feel of every shift. I love how I feel cruising around with the windows down and the stereo going. It feels good knowing that I have probably the best car in my school and everyone says I'll win senior best car lol.

+1 (except the school part, I'm old)

I'm 6'1" and the car doesn't feel cramped at all. It's not roomy either, it just fits like a glove.

I like the exterior lines the most though. They look so smooth and sexy. Timeless.

the whole car looks awesome, but i think i like the rear (of a hatchback) w/stck spoiler...very nice lines...makes the are look nice and wide, like an really $$ car...but the whole car, all around in awesome, the interior (like people have said) is very nice, and up-to-date...i see other interiors from 94 and think they look ice age to me...the interior looks like new!

p.s. hard to beat the all-o-round lines of this great car. . .even if you compare it to a 7 digit number car!

Some peoples celicas on here are fast. Gotta remember there are people on here with 3sgte's and turboed 5sfte. So they are pretty quick cars. But now if you think about the stock celi's ya they are not very quick or fast at all.

Look in the driver's side mirror when you are in the driver's seat and you can see those big curvy "hips". Plus the interior is one of the nicest I've seen out of any car. Even though sitting in the back seat sucks if you're 6'+ because your head touches the ceiling frown.gif In a hatchback, at least.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

I love my car because it shares similar body lines with a Supra (I can’t afford one yet), to bad it is extremely slow.

And yes, it always makes my day when people mistake it for a Supra.

Got to be the cars looks, the best of all the celicas. Toyota made a great job with those clean curvy lines and twin headlights, still looks modern.
Forget angular styled cars, its a passing trend (and not a good one at that) curves will always look good - thats why most luxury and supercars have kept to that style. smile.gif

My favorite thing is the lack of aftermarket support by companies like APC. For the most part that keeps them either stock or stylish. There are a few exceptions but I rarely see one I don't like.

Dude i totally agree with samuraiguy! 6gc was my dream car. Got lucky when the first day, i went to go looking for a car, my celica was on the lot waiting for me smile.gif Anywayz my favorite thing is also the rarity of this car, specifically the 6th gen. i looked throughout my school campus and only saw one other 6gc, a 95 teal ST auto. And i saw plenty of integras, civics, eclipses, 7th gen celicas.....but only one other 6th gen. biggrin.gif

~ The Egronomics are amaizing. There's nothing like it in it's price class.
~ I've always been partial to the styling.
~ She's built for real world driving. She's econmical enough for my daily commute, but spunky enough to make me enjoy the driving experience.

I fell in love with Celicas when I bought a 5th Gen. I like the 6th Gen the best. 7th Gen is just too ugly.
