it's an infinity G35 coupe with a kit & some nifty fenders! if you guys didnt know, the G35 was based off the skyline, i knew if they ever re-vamped the GT-R, it would look like a play off of the G35, kinda like they borrowed from one another.

seriously though, nissan has been pumping out some pretty bad assed coupes lately, toyota should be envious.

i wonder what the MSRP on that bad boy is?

"It looks like the next GTR will be called -- Nissan GT-R Proto! News came around April 25, 2005 when Carlos Ghosn announced Infiniti would be coming to Japan. Recently on 03/31/2004, Nissan Japan registered the "Nissan GT-R Proto" trademark in Japan, which signals that Japan and every other nation will get the GTR, but under the Infiniti name. Since it will be around $60-70k, it needs to be justified under a brand where they sell $50k cars(Q45). The car will be designed by Nissan Design Europe. News also goes that Nissan will have two versions of the car possibly a sport and luxury model, think of R34 GTR V-spec II Nur(race) and M-spec(luxury). Also, one last mention, the Nissan GT-R Proto will no more be linked with Skyline, never again, the 'Skyline GTR' blend is history!"

to be perfectly honest, I don't really like it too much. the R33 remains my favorite

lol, that's what i mean, the g35 is basically the skyline, just looks different. i think it uses the same frame or something, just the exterior & stuff is different..

i dunno, i think it kinda looks like an extremely sporty g35 with some body modifications..

does anyone have an actual info link on it? the video is nice, but i want some more knowledge.

no the skyline and the g35(body,motor,chassis,interior) are the exact same thing....go to http://www.nissanusa.com/gt-r/ the real deal...we are finally getting a gt-r

only a picture, it's debuting at the tokyo auto show in 2007.. can't wait!

i'll never be able to afford one, but maybe this will bump down the prices of a 350, and then i'll pick one of those up.
