Here's a pic of underneath my car when I was doing an oil change. I think I may have a leak because there is a spot on my driveway where I park.

It looks like whatever is leaking is going everywhere. I was able to wipe it up but it may be coming back. I was told a bit ago that my valve cover gasket needs replacement, would that do this over a long period of time?

Also, I think I'm missing a bolt here:

Can anyone either confirm or deny this? Thanks. Also, what is that? I'm not engine savvy so help a brother out! Cheers.

I'm not completly sure but if there are other bolts around that missing one then I agree that ur missing one. All that oil is probably coming from missing that bolt, a valve cover leak wouldn't spread that much i don't think. good luck getting it all figured out and cleaned up. Cleaning it up then jacking hte car up the next day or 2 after may show you exactly where its leaking.

True that, I'm lucky I've got a lift at my disposal whenever I need (well, @ $5/hour you can't go wrong).

Also, can anyone point out where the subframe is from this pic? A while ago it was loose, supposedly, and it's starting to rattle again and I think it may be my subframe again. I was just wondering so I could see if I need new bolts or it just needs a tighten!

Your subframe shouldn't come loose on its own like that...

I don't have a washer on the drain bolt...just the bolt. So does everyone have a washer on the bolt?

that looks to be where your transmission connects to the engine. it doesn't look like you are missing a bolt, it looks like there is one on the other side. you're probably not leaking from there but if you are it would be the rear main seal.
