Of course. It's drop in.
Just kidding.  A lot of customization would be needed to make it all fit and work. It'll cost thousands.

No, it's not logical.... But take a 1mz-fe from a camry... swap the head and add forged internals, etc and you could probably make power like a supra... that's my plan for the future....
