I am trying to find some tuner magazines that will give me some ideas for mods. I'm looking for the hot rod magazine of imports if that makes sense. Does anybody have any recommendations?

Super Street, Modified, Import Tuner. Those are the main ones. But I've never seen an issue that had anything on a 6gc. They focus on the more mainstream cars. You know, appeal to the masses.

In general terms the one magazine i have found to be most "helpful" is Project Car magazine. while its true they focus on many differnt cars, they tend to go into detail, procedures and methods that can really be applied to any car.

I only buy option magazines now since they realllllly put every single car in there even the K class cars, unbelievable. I even have a 6gc one as the center page poster.

Some bigger Barnes and Noble carry Japanese Performance and Banzai from UK
which have a ST205 featured every now and then.. fyi cost $10..

US magazines are complete crap for the most part. Seem to be geared for
16-25 crowd and the UK mags seem to have a more mature
editorial staff

Ive written to both import tuner and modified even submitted photos to readers rides and snap shot and bloth them blew my off. Worst part is the featured both of the letters. They focus more on JDM Hondas n the funy part is Japanese dont even drive them. Their main focus is Toyota n Nissan. Oh the irony, lol.

Joe you arent even lying...to be honest i dont even know why they didnt at least feature your car, it was immaculate! Lol japanese import car magazines and they dont even realize that mainstream japanese rely more on the toyota and nissan line of cars. Oh and of course mazda's lol....But its all cool though, still some decent/great magazines. DSPORT magazine is probably the best mainstream US one though, like SMAAY said though..
