hi everyone..are there any stickies of anybody removing the back door of the car...i need to remove mys in order to touch up on a bit of rust that has developed near the roof...if anybody knows tell me. it doesn't seem complicated but im not very good at body shop im more of a mechanic type but i gotta do it whether i like it or not.

just did that yesterday wink.gif. What you need it at least help of someone else. Forgot doing this alone.

1. remove three rubber plugs on upper part of the hatch (hinges side). One is just "blind one" to just keep water outside the car, second has inside wires for 3rd brake light etc (there is connector you need to disconnect inside) and last in the middle has inside hose for the washer.

2. loose lock-spring (hope its called this way) on hatch dampers and just "uhook" it from the hatch

3. loose 4 bolts on the hatch

4. be careful it is heavy as hell wink.gif

easy...
