Are they designed for RHD or LHD celica? (seems as RHD to me... what is also good to know)

They fit great on lhd too. Just take out the dead pedal. Looks super clean once in.

Yes they are designed for RHD, but as martinmr2 mentioned they also fit great in the LHD. |
