The difference is your "passenger" seat will have the bottom cushion up/down control. What you should do is use that as is and transfer the cushions and covers from what was the passenger seat to your driver seat frame and rail.

The rails have different bolt spots on lhd vs rhd right? Because if they bolt the same, I'm now thinking about picking up a lhd driver seat so my passengers will have the seat height control too biggrin.gif

Often times when people convert RHD to LHD they just buy one driver's seat, so the passenger is left with the added options too.
But read this too:

They bolt in exactly the same. The floor pan didn't change. As Box said, the new "passenger" seat will be height adjustable where the new "driver" seat will not. You can use your old seats as donors to make the new driver seat height adjustable if you'd like.

Height adjustment (driver's yes, passenger's no) plus function how they retract is different. Passenger's one can also slide forward in rails. Driver's can't and only fold (I hope it makes sense smile.gif)

Oh yeah, the passenger seats moves forward when you hit the lever in the back for the seat to lean forward for people to get in the rear. So now your driver(rhd passenger) seat will do that instead of your passenger(rhd driver) seat. If you still had your rails you could mix and match for your desired combination. I always found it odd the passenger seat had rear entry and the driver side didn't.

No, it will slide forwards and backwards normally. But the passenger seat slides forward automatically for rear seat entry. Since the new seats are opposite of your current seats, it will be your new driver seat that slides forward for rear seat entry.
