I got a grey rear view mirror and backseat back rests(black) from my local junkyard from a 94 celica gt(my car has tan interior). To my understanding the rear view mirror just pops out. Any tips on putting it back in? I had trouble putting it back on so I decided to stop. There is a plastic bezel that fit in a molding. Also while we are on the topic of interior I was looking to clean then rit dye my carpet black. I was also going to redo my headliner. My main problem is the rear view mirror and carpet removal. Found the sticky for the headliner. Also awesome forum you guys got going on!

Had this happen to me today, but I went and fixed it. Super old topic but I figured some pics of the inside of the mirror would be useful to someone  And as you can see in one of the pics, that thing is NOT getting beck in place unless you put it there.
