he is NOT lying that road is 25MPH and is STRICTLY enforced. PLEASE do not speed in South Park. as for a place to stay, there's a place right across from South Hills Village on Fort Couch Road,and use to be The Ramada, but has changed... sorry that i do not know the current name --------------------  |
