 gauge lighting..., advice needed |

I would like tu upgrade gauges with some glow gauges like this one:
 I have a few questions about this: - Do you have anybody already instaled something like this? (Of course you have, I saw it somewhere here, but I cant find It again   ). Picture or link please!!!- Where to buy it? Please some tips and links too... - Is there any problem with instalation? I wondering how to remove all needels before swap... i had the same problem with my needles sticking so i just took a dremel to the back side of the short end of the needle and it wasnt a problem, i would suggest to not take off the needles if you can help it. it is possible to do it without taking the needles off
