Oil Gauges, what does what Options

Whats the differece between an oil temperature guage and oil pressure guage?

In terms of which one has the most meaning to the driver?

I know that the oil takes longer to heat up than the engine itself but want to
know the exact time the oil will do its job properly, so that i can give my car a blat
without worring that the oil isnt warm enough.

Which guage should i get for my car?

Beno..i think both guage are important for turbo cars,monitoring few important things inside your engines means that you can catch up some serious problems.
I am using Greddy Oil Temp and Oil Pressure guage 60mm with Jspeed Mount but i am waiting for my new gauges from Defi (Din) to come Have a look at them.
